1) REGISTRATION:

• Applicant should accurately fill in all the required fields in the Registration form. 
• We at Global E-auctions may request personal information and documentation when necessary.
• Global E-auctions will ensure the confidentiality of all the information provided by the members.
• Global E-auctions may reject the registrations where information and documentation provided by the applicant is not sufficient or perfect.

2) TRADE LEADS:

• The members are supposed to post the leads as per their requirement.
• Members are requested to fill in all the required fields.
• Global E-auction reserves the right to remove the leads at any time without any notification.
• The information provided at the time of lead posting should be correct otherwise your lead can be removed from the listings.

3) E-AUCTION:

• Global E-auctions reserves the right to omit, remove, or re-categorize, at any time, any listing at its sole discretion.
• Members are requested to kindly provide the documents required by the clients, like, EMD Letters, Security Deposits, etc.
• At the time of auction, members are requested to co-operate if any problem occurs and can take help of our customer service.

4) GENERAL:

• Global E-auctions may review and update the member conduct rules if necessary. As these rules and conditions are binding, you are requested to follow the rules
